Memo.No.14358/Maj.X/2011, Dt.02.07.2011. 5) From the Engineer-in-Chief(A.W), Hyderabad, Lr.No.ENC(Admn)/Publicity Cell/048/2010, Dt.20.01.2012. *** ORDER:- In the reference 2nd read above, on the representation of Regional General Manager – (Advt-AP), the Hindu Daily , Hyderabad, the commissioner, I &PR Dept., was requested to issue an advertisement in All India Edition of the Hindu Daily in four full pages. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner, I& PR Dept., while enclosing the advertisement bills in duplicate with newspaper clippings of advertisement published in all India editions of “The Hindu” has requested to arrange payment of advertisement charges for Rs.94,69,781/- to M/s Kasturi & Sons Ltd(The Hindu) under intimation to their department. 3. Govt., after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.94,69,781/-( Rupees Ninety four Lakhs sixty nine thousand seven hundred and eighty one only) towards Payment of advertisement charges to M/s Kasturi & Sons Ltd(The Hindu) for publication of four full pages special supplement “A.P.Creating Modern Temples under Jalayagnam Projects” in “The Hindu” all India Editions. 4. The amount sanctioned in para(3) above, shall be debitable to the detailed head of account under “2700- M &MI – 80 – General - MH.001- D &A – GH -11 NSP Head Quarters - 260 Advertisement Sales & Publication Expenses”. 5. The Engineer-in-Chief(A.W), Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action under intimation to Government. The original bills of the advertisement charges are appended to this order. (P.T.O)::2:: 6.
