O R D E R :
The funds allotted by the Government in the G.O. 3rd read above for the
3rd quarter of the financial year 2011-2012 towards personal computer advance
(Rs.1,00,000/-) are hereby reallocated/ released and placed at the disposal of
the following Heads of Department for onward sanction to the applicant as
indicated below as per the eligibility.

2. The following principles shall be kept in view while sanctioning loans to
Government servants.
I) The Budget released shall be utilized by following strictly
quarterly
regulations.
II) The sanctioning authority shall ensure that prompt follow up
action is also taken up after sanction the advance in getting
the formalities completed by the loanees.
III) The sanctioning authority shall follow all the relevant rules
while sanctioning the loan and to ensure prompt recovery of
the loan amount from the loanee as per the rules on the
subject.3. This expenditure on account of sanction of the Personal Computer
shall be debited to “7610. Loans to Government Servants - MH.204 Advance for
purchase of Personal Computer SH.12 Advance for purchase of personal
computer – 001- Advance for purchase of personal computer ”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (A&L) Department
under the rules or orders on the subject.
