I&CAD Dept.- Nizamabad District - Entrustment of Operate & Maintenance of
Alisagar Lift Irrigation Scheme & Argula Rajaram Guthpa Lift Irrigation Scheme to
the M/s L&T Ltd., from 06.07.2011 to upto end of March 2012 – The action of the
Commissioner, P&D of Godavari Basin – Ratified.

Read the following:-
From the Commissioner, Planning & Development of Godavari Basin,
Hyderabad, Lr. No.Comm/GB/DCE/DEE2/AEE/O&M/Vol.VI/2133,
dated.25.11.2011 & 24.01.2012.
ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Planning & Development
of Godavari Basin, Hyderabad in his letters read above, Government after careful
examination of the proposal hereby ratified his action in having entrusted the work of
Operate and Maintenance of Alisagar Lift Irrigation Scheme at the same rate (Rs.19.80
lakhs per month) & Argula Rajaram Guthpa Lift Irrigation Scheme (Rs.16.22 lakhs per
month) to M/s L&T Ltd., from 06.07.2011 upto March 2012 i.e., end of financial
year and Rabi season without any additional financial implication. Further, the
Commissioner, Planning & Development of Godavari Basin is also directed to ensure
that the agency is fixed up by tender call procedure for the period beyond 01.04.2012.
2. The Commissioner, Planning & Development of Godavari Basin, Hyderabad
shall take necessary action accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (W&P) Department vide
their U.O.No.488/F4(A1)/12-1, dated.27.02.2012.
