The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “3451-Secretariat Economic Services. 090 – Secretariat. 25 - Irrigation & CAD(PW) Department . 130 - Office Expenses . 131 – S.P.T.Charges”. 3. The Irrigation & CAD (PW-OP:Claims) Department shall draw an account payee cheque in favour of Chief Post Master, General Post Office , Hyderabad for payment of the amount sanctioned in para-1 above. 4. Certified that this amount has not been drawn previously and the stamps purchased are for official use only. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (BG) Department as per the rules or orders on the subject.
