ABSTRACT
BRGF- Release of funds for Rs.18000.00 lakhs to Visakhapatnam, East
Godavari , Warangal, Karimnagar, Srikakulam and Vzianagaram (Each
District Rs. 30.00 crores in respect of Integrated Action Plan under
backward Regions Grant Fund (BRGF-IAP) in financial year 2011-12-
Administrative Sanction - Orders -Issued.

ORDER:
Government of India have launched a Scheme for Integrated
Action Plan (IAP) for selected Tribal and Backward Districts under the
BRGF Programme in the Country. Six districts among those viz.,
Visakhapatnam, East Godavari , Warangal, Karimnagar, Srikakulam
and Vizianagaram have been selected from A.P. State. The IAP will be
implemented with a block grant of Rs.30 crore per district during
2011-12. In addition to those two Districts i.e Khammam and Adilabad
Government of India has selected the above six Districts selected from
A.P. for implementation of IAP.
2. In the references 1st read above, Government have issued
administrative sanction releasing an amount of Rs.10.00 Crore each to
the Adilabad and Khammam Districts in respect of Integrated Action
Plan for selected tribal and backward districts for the financial year
2011-12.
3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance Department have
issued BRO in favour of the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad
releasing an amount of Rs.18000.00 Lakhs (Rupees Eighteen Thousand
lakhs only) towards Integrated Action Plan to Visakhapatnam, East
Godavari , Warangal, Karimnagar, Srikakulam and Vzianagaram
Districts under Backward Regions Grant Fund.( Rs.30 Crore for each
district).
4. In pursuance of BRO issued by the Finance Department,
Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the
Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad for an
amount of Rs.18000.00 Lakhs (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Lakhs only);
towards Integrated Action Plan to Visakhapatnam, East Godavari ,
Warangal, Karimnagar, Srikakulam and Vzianagaram Districts
(Rs.3000.00 Lakhs for each district) under Backward Regions Grant
Fund(BRGF) under the following Plan Heads of Account:(Rs.in lakhs)

5. The above sanctioned amount shall be drawn by way of cheque in
favour of the District Collectors Visakhapatnam, East Godavari ,
Warangal, Karimnagar, Srikakulam and Vzianagaram by the
Commissioner, PR & RE, Hyderabad.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance
Department in view of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance
( Expr.PR&RD) Department in the reference 2nd read above.
