Payment of salaries and removal of Disqualifications Act, 1953 (Act 11 of 1954), Income Tax on behalf of Sri P. Sudharshan Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Major & Medium Irrigation S/o Sri P. Ganga Reddy, Date of Birth 02.08.1950 ( PAN No. AEHPP 6430 Q), shall be paid by the State Government taking into consideration of the salaries and other allowances, etc paid to him. Income Tax is due to be paid for the financial year, 2011- 2012 (Assessment Year 2012-2013) on behalf of the Minister for Major Irrigation. 2. Under Clause (3) of A.P. payment of salaries and removal of disqualification Act, 1953, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 2,36,578/- (Rupees two lakhs thirty six thousand five hundred and seventy eight only) towards Income Tax for the period from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2012 payable to the Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS Circle 14(2), Ayakar Bhavan, Hyderabad towards Income Tax Payable by the Government on behalf of sri. P. Sudharshan Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Major and Medium Irrigation for the financial year 2011-2012 3.
