Village, Pamulapadu Mandal in Kurnool District in Sy.No. 470/2 etc., an extent of
38.29 acres for excavation of link channel to Velugodu Balancing Reservoir under
TGP – O.P.No.95 of 1999 on the file of the Senior Civil judge Court at Atmakur
disposed off - Market value enhanced – Appeals dismissed by the Hon’ble High Court
- Depositing of decretal charges in the respective court – Decretal amount sanctioned
– Orders -Issued.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Special Collector, Srisailam Project,
Kurnool in his letter first read above and in view of the report of the Special Chief
Secretary to Government & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad thereon in the reference 3rd read above, Government after careful
examination of the proposal hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.44,880/-
(Rupees Forty four thousand Eight hundred and eighty only) towards decretal charges
to be deposited in the respective Court to the credit of O.P.No.95/99 pertaining to
Bhanumukkala Village, Pamulapadu Mandal in Kurnool District to the lands acquired
through Award No.17/85, dated:20.05.1985 for excavation of link channel to
Velugodu Balancing Reservoir under TGP, subject to verification whether the
reference under Section 18(1) of the L.A. Act is made to the Lower Court after
following all the guidelines / directions on the subject and in case, it is detected that
section 18 reference was made contrary to the rules / guidelines issued by the
Government / Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad, immediate action should be taken to recover the loss sustained by
the Government from the staff concerned and filing of restitution petition and also
subject to confirmation of the Chief Engineer concerned as to the extent of land
acquired. Further, the Special Collector, Srisailam Project, Kurnool should verify the
calculations made by the Land Acquisition Officer, once again with reference to the
decree and instructions issued by the Government / Chief Commissioner of Land
Administration, Hyderabad on the subject matter from time to time, before depositing
the above sanctioned decretal amount in the respective Lower Court.
2 . T h e e x penditure sanctioned in para ( 1 ) above shall be debitable to the
detailed Head of Account under “ 4701 – COL on Major and Medium Irrigation ; 01 –
Major Irrigation ( Commercial ) ; M.H – 123 – TGP; G.H. 11 – Normal State Plan ; S.H.
(27) C&D ;530 Major Works: 532 – Lands (charged)”.
