15.69 acres – LAOP. No’s 69,70,71,72,73 & 74/2005 on the file of the Principal Senior
Civil Judge Court, Kurnool disposed off – Market value enhanced – Appeals
dismissed by the Hon’ble High Court – Depositing of balance decretal amount in the
respective Court – Decretal amount sanctioned – Orders - Issued.________________

ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Collector & District Magistrate, Kurnool in
his letter first read above and in view of the report of the Special Chief Secretary to
Government & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad thereon in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful
examination of the proposal hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.23,53,980/-
((Rupees Twenty three lakhs Fifty three thousand Nine hundred and eighty only)
towards balance decretal charges to be deposited in the respective Lower Court to the
credit of O.P. No’s 69,70,71,72,73 & 74 of 2005 to the lands acquired through Award
No.1/2004-2005, dated:06.05.2005 for formation of Krishnamadoddi Service Tank
under Lift Irrigation Scheme as a part of Guru Raghavendra Swamy Project at
Polakal Village, C. Belagal Mandal in Kurnool District subject to verification whether the
reference under Section 18(1) of the L.A. Act is made to the Lower Court after
following all the guidelines / directions on the subject and in case, it is detected that
section 18 reference was made contrary to the rules / guidelines issued by the
Government / Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad, immediate action should be taken to recover the loss sustained by the
Government from the staff concerned and filing of restitution petition and also
subject to confirmation of the Chief Engineer concerned as to the extent of land
acquired. Further, the District Collector, Kurnool should verify the calculations made
by the Land Acquisition Officer, once again with reference to the decree and
instructions issued by the Government / Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,
Hyderabad on the subject matter from time to time, before depositing the above
sanctioned balance decretal amount in the respective Lower Court.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debitable to the detailed
Head of Account under “ 4700 COL on Major & Medium Irrigation ; M.H. 147 GRS Lift
Irrigation Scheme ; G.H.11- Normal State Plan; S.H. (28) Lift Irrigation Schemes ; 530
Major Works / 532 Lands (Charged)”.

U.O. No.489/F7(A2)/12-1, dated:18.02.2012.
