O R D E R:
Under the proviso to Rule 47 ( 3 ) of APTA Rules 1996, Post Facto Permission
is here by accorded to Sri R. Venkataswamy, Deputy Secretary to Government,
Irrigation & CAD (PW) Department to Proceed to New Delhi to handed over the
Affidavit to Advocate on Records to file Affidavit on behalf of Government of Andhra
Pradesh before the Supreme Court of India, in Civil Appeal No. 6489/2005 on
18.03.2012 and returned to Head quarters on 19.03.2012 by air.
2. The expenditure on the above tour shall be debited to 3451. Secretariat
Economic Sources, 090. Secretariat,- 09. Irrigation C.A.D (PW) Department, 110-
Domestic Travel expenses, 111- Travelling Allowances.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (TA) Department under
rules or orders enforce.
