Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.1317, PR&RD (Progs.II) Dept.dated.29.8.08. 2) From the ENC (PR), PMGSY, Lr.No.W12/DEE-4/ PMGSY/ Phase VII -1317/09, dated. 02.08.2011. <<>> ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued according Original Administrative Sanction for Rs. 212.00 lakh in respect of the work “Road from R&B Road to Marriguda via Bejjikal, in Nalgonda District” under PMGSY Phase VII. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord Modified Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.191.89 lakh as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs. 212.00 lakh in respect of the work “Road from R&B Road to Marriguda via Bejjikal, in Nalgonda District” under PMGSY Phase VII, due to excess tender premium. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord Modified Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.191.89 lakh (Rupees One crore ninety one lakh and eighty nine thousand only) indicating GOI share of Rs.187.85 lakh (Rupees One crore eighty seven lakh and eighty five thousand only) and State share of Rs.4.04 lakh (Rupees Four lakh and four thousand only) in respect of the work “Road from R&B Road to Marriguda via Bejjikal, Nalgonda District” under PMGSY Phase-VII as against the Original Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.212.00 lakh (Rupees Two crore and twelve lakh only) due to excess tender premium to be borne from the State Government under PMGSY guidelines. The amount chargeable as follows: 1. OAS cost of above work : Rs. 212.00 lakh Now RAS required as follows a)Amount chargeable from PMGSY Ph.VII : Rs. 187.85 lakh b) Amount chargeable from State Govt. share Towards excess Tender Premium : Rs. 4.04 lakh ---------------------- Total RAS required (a+b) : Rs. 191.89 lakh -------------------- 5.
