(Progs.II) Department, Dt.27-2-2009. 2) From the ENC(PR), PMGSY , Hyd, Lr.No.W22/PMGSY- Phase VIII 0261/2010,Dt. 14.9.2011. <<>> O R D E R: In the reference first read above, Orders were issued according Original Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.51.30 lakh in respect of the work “Providing BT to the road from Muchukota to Cikkepalli (via) Varadaipalli (M), Ananthapur District” under PMGSY Phase VIII. 2. In the references 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.52.15 lakh as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.51.30 lakh in respect of the work “Providing BT to the road from Muchukota to Cikkepalli (via) Varadaipalli (M), Ananthapur District” due to excess tender premium and price escalation under PMGSY Programme, Phase VIII. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.52.15 lakh (Rupees Fifty two lakh and fifteen thousand only) indicating the GOI Share of Rs.48.82 lakh (Rupees Forty eight lakh and forty two thousand only) and State share of Rs.3.33 lakh (Rupees Three lakh and thirty three thousand only) in respect of the work “Providing BT to the road from Muchukota to Cikkepalli (via) Varadaipalli (M), Ananthapur District” as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.51.30 lakh (Rupees Fifty one lakh and thirty thousand only) due to excess tender premium and price escalation to be borne by the State Government towards State share under PMGSY, Phase VIII. The amount chargeable is as follows: OAS cost of above work : Rs.51.30 lakh Now RAS required as follows: a) Amount chargeable from PMGSY Ph.VII : Rs.48.82 lakh b) Amount chargeable from State Govt. Share towards Excess Tender Premium : Rs. 3.33 lakh Total RAS required ( a+b) : Rs.52.15 lakh 4. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad is requested to check the price escalation calculations to arrive at the actual price escalation amount and take necessary action accordingly. p.t.o.::2:: 5.
