Readthe following:- 1) G.o.Rt.No.916,PR&RD( Progs.I) Dept.,Dt.23.06.2010. 2) CE,PR,Lr.No.AEE8/CEPR/MRR Proposals/2011-12,Dt.9.12.2011 ******* O R D E R :- In the reference 1st read above ,Orders were issued according Original Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.15.00 lakh (Rupees Fifteen Lakh only) in respect of the work “completion of Bridge across mid-level canal at Jatlapalem of Pentapadu Mandal,West Godavari District”, under “Maintenance of Rural Roads (M.R.R.) Grant” 2010-11. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Engineer- in-Chief,Panchayat Raj ,Hyderabad, has requested the Government to accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.6.50 lakh( Rupees Six Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) to complete the work “Construction of Bridge across mid-level canal at Jatlapalem of Pentapadu Mandal,West Godavari Districr” under MRR Grant 2011-12. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal , hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of RS.21.50 lakh (Rupees Twenty One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.15.00 lakh( Rupees Fifteen Lakh only) in respect of the work “completion of Bridge across mid-level canal at Jatlapalem of Pentapadu Mandal,West Godavari District” under Maintenance of Rural Roads( MRR) Grant 2011-12 under the following Head of accountant as per applicability, subject to general conditions/norms stipulated by the Government from time to time:- MJH 3054 Roads & Buildings MH 04 District & Other Roads. GH 196 Assistance to Zilla Parishads. SH (12) Assistance to Panchayat Raj Institutions for Maintenance of Rural Roads. 270 Minor works. 272 Maintenance. 4. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit the UCs to Government soon after completion of the work within the stipulated time. 5.
