From the Secretary, State Election Commission, Secuderabad Lr.No. 672/SEC- Ad.A/2011, Dated: 19.10.2011. 2. G.O.Rt. No.1760, PR&RD(E&R)Department,dated:26.11.2011. *** ORDER: In the letter 1st read above, the Secretary, State Election Commission, Secunderabad has stated that Sri A.V.S. Reddy, I.A.S (Retired), former State Election Commissioner, has submitted the medical claim for reimbursement for an amount of Rs. 1,97,087/- ( Rupees one lakh ninety seven thousands and eighty seven only) for treatment undergone by him for “ SECONDARYOA RIGHT SHOULDER” as an inpatient from 18.9.2011 to 23.09.2011 at Appollo Hospitals, Hyderabad which is a recognized hospital by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and requested the State Election Commissioner to reimburse the said medical expenses incurred by him. 2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government have sanctioned an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) towards medical expenses incurred by Sri A.V.S. Reddy, I.A.S (Retired), former State Election Commissioner, State Election Commission, Secunderabad for treatment undergone by him, based on the scrutiny certificate issued by the Director of Medical Education, Koti, Hyderabad. 3. In continuation of the orders issued in G.O. 2nd read above, Government reconsider the proposal in the reference 1st read above, hereby accord sanction for reimbursement of remaining amount of Rs.93,941/- (Rupees ninety three thousand nine hundred and forty one only) towards medical expenses incurred by Sri A.V.S. Reddy, I.A.S (retired), former State Election Commissioner, State Election Commission, Secunderabad for the treatment undergone by him for “ SECONDARYOA RIGHT SHOULDER” as an inpatient from 18.9.2011 to 23.09.2011 at Appollo Hospitals, Hyderabad in relaxation of rules as special a case.
