Bill received from Mitra Agencies, Hyderabad Bill No.BR10009825, dated:17-01-2012. * * * ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.4,035-00 (Rupees Four thousand and Thirty Five only) towards repairs of radiator and Coolant to the vehicle bearing No. AP 9 AS 4444, which is being used by Principal Secretary to Government (RD), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department. 2. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is requested to credited the above amount in favour of “Mitra Agencies, Hyderabad. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para(1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451- Secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05 - PR&RD Department, 500- Other charges ; 510- Motor Vehicles. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force on the subject.
