Read :- ORDER: Administrative Sanction is hereby accorded for providing WBM(Metal ling) and C.D works on R/F Kodandapur to Dharmavaram of Itikyal Mandal of Mahaboobnagar District at an estimated cost of Rs. 30.00 lakhs (Rupees thirty lakh only) under Assistance to PRIs for construction of Rural Roads (Plan) under the following head of Account: MJH 2515 MH 196 Assistance to Zilla Parishads GH 11 Normal State Plan SH (22) Assistance to Panchayat Raj Institutions for construction of rural road 310 Grants in Aid 319 Grants for creation of capital assets 2. The Superintending Engineer, Mahaboobnagar District should check and verify that the work sanctioned in this G.O is not already sanctioned /grounded/semi finished under any grants. Any discrepancy noticed is to be brought to the notice of the higher authority immediately who will inform to Government for further necessary action. The above instructions shall be followed scrupulously.If such works as sanctioned in this G.O. are already grounded etc., it may deemed to have been cancelled automatically and the same may be informed to Government immediately for taking further necessary action. 3. Release of grants will be subject to availability of funds and progress of work. 4. The Chief Engineer Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit the Utilization Certificates to Government soon after completion of the works within the stipulated time. 5.
