PANCHAYAT RAJ AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (OP.II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 228 Dated:-13-02-2012 Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.449, G.A(OP.VII)Deptt., dt.04.09.2006. 2. Bills received from M/s. Raghavendra News paper Service, Hyderabad, dt.01-11-2012 & 3/2/2012 ******** ORDER. Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.1040-00 (Rupees One thousand and forty only) towards the cost of the news papers and Magazines supplied for the use of Prl. Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department for the months of December 2011 and January 2012 (@ Rs 750/-per month) as per the eligibility. 2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be drawn and amount credited in favour of M/s. Raghavendra News paper Service , Hyderabad. 3. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account ‘’3451 – Secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05- PR&RD Department; 130 – Office Expenses; 132- Other Office Expenses”. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under the rules and order in force.
