From the CE, PR, NABARD, Hyd, Lr.No. R.10/ DEE.IV/ RIAD–TFC/Warangal/2010, dt. 11.01.2012 ***** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, RIAD, Hyderabad in her letter 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby grant post facto Extension of Agreement Time up to 27.11.2011 i.e for (331) days without imposing any penalty, in respect of work, “Construction of Bridge across Vattivagu on R/f Lakshmipuram of Penugonda PWD road” in Warangal district, sanctioned under TFC as the delay was not attributed to the contractor. 2.
