No. NB14/ NIT 16 / RIDF XV / Uppalaguptam / EG Dist / 2010, Dated.11.02.2011. **** O R D E R: In the reference first read above, orders were issued according Original Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs. 90.00 lakh in respect of the work, “Road from Uppalaguptam to N. Kothapalli Vanapallipalem” in East Godavari district under NABARD RIDF XV. 2. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above has submitted the proposal for according permission to allow the deviated items in the working estimate so as to approve the working estimate as the work was completed duly ratifying the Codal provisions in respect of the work, “Road from Uppalaguptam to N.Kothapalli Vanapallipalem” in East Godavari district sanctioned under NABARD RIDF XV. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission to allow the deviated items in the working estimate duly ratifying the Codal provisions in respect of the work, “Road from Uppalaguptam to N.Kothapalli Vanapallipalem” in East Godavari district sanctioned under NABARD RIDF XV, as the wok was completed. 4. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly. 5.
