ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj,
RIAD, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above, Government after careful
examination of the proposal, hereby grant Extension of Agreement Time up to
7.3.2012 i.e for (240) days without imposing liquidated damages, in respect of
work, “Providing BT on road from Nimmagudem to Kanukoor via Yatharam,
Singampalli (PWD road 30/0 Km of TO1 to Yathnaram ) 0/0 –16/0 Kms)” in
Karimnagar district sanctioned under NABARD RIAD - XIV as the delay was not
attributed to the contractor.
2. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, RIAD, Hyderabad, is requested to
take necessary action accordingly.
