1. G.O.Ms.No. 449, G.A. (OP.VII) Deptt. dt.04-9-2006,
2. Bills received from P.A to Deputy Secy to Govt. dt. 08-02-2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.1500/-
(Rupees One thousand five hundred only) towards the cost of the news papers
and magazines supplied for the use of Sri G.Sudershan Reddy, Deputy Secretary
to Govt, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department for the months of
June to November 2011 as per the eligibility.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be drawn and the amount
credited in favour of “Sri G.Sudershan Reddy,, Deputy Secretary to Govt, PR &
RD Dept…
3. The expenditure sanctioned shall be debited to the Head of Account ‘’ 3451
- Secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05- PR&RD Department; 130 –
Office Expenses; 132- Other Office Expenses”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department
under the rules and orders in force.
