Read the following:-
1. G.O.Rt.No.449, G.A (OP.VII)Deptt., dt.4-.9.2006
2. Bills received from Sri K. Satyanarayana Rao , Joint Secy to Govt.
dt.03-02-2012.
ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.1400/-
(Rupees One thousand four hundred only ) towards the cost of news papers
and magazines supplied for the use of Sri K. Satyanarayana Rao, Joint Secretary
to Government Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department for the
months of October , November , December 2011 and January 2012 as per the
eligibility.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be drawn the amount and
credited the same to the individual bank Account.
3. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account ‘’
3451 – Secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05- PR&RD Department;
130 – Office Expenses; 132- Other Office Expenses”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department
under the rules and orders in force.
