From the Commissioner, PR & RE., AP. Hyderabad Letter No.6813/CPR&RE/E2.Vig/2010, dated.20.1.2012. <<>> O R D E R:- In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, AP-Hyderabad has stated that Sri B. Rajaiah, Mandal Parishad Development Officer, MPP Nangunur, Medak district has been retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.5.2011. He has requested the Government to sanction provisional pension to which the retired Government Servant is eligible, pending finalization of the Anti-Corruption Bureau case against him. 2] The Government, after careful examination of the matter; keeping in view the Rule 52 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, hereby accord sanction for payment of provisional pension to Sri B.Rajaiah, MPDO (Retired), MPP Nangunur, Medak district to an extent of 75% (Seventy five percent only) of the superannuation pension to which he is entitled; pending finalization of the criminal / departmental proceedings against him. 3] The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, AP- Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter. 4] The original Service Register and pension proposal of the retired officer received through ref. 2nd cited is returned herewith.
