In the reference 3rd read above administrative sanction order was issued for certain works to clear the pending bills under Non- Plan Grant. 3. In the reference 4th to 6th read above, the Chief Engineer, PR, Hyderabd have requested the Government to accord Revised Administrative Sanction to the following works to the total amount of Rs. 105.12 lakh as against the original sanctioned amount of Rs. 99.40 lakh, due to price escalation and he has proposed to meet the balance required amount from 13th Finance Commission Grant. Government after careful examination hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs. 105.21 lakh (Rupees One crore five lakh and twenty one thousand only) as against the original administrative sanction amount of Rs. 99.40 lakh (Rupees Ninety Nine lakh and forty thousand only) in respect of the works at para 3 above. 5. The expenditure shall be debitablesa to the rHead of account as per the orders already issued in the reference 3rd read above viz. MJH 3054 Roads & Buildings MH 04 District & Other Roads. GH 196 Assistance to Zilla Parishads. SH (12) Assistance to Panchayat Raj Institutions for Maintenance of Rural Roads. 270 Minor works. 272 Maintenance. 6. The Chief Engineer, PR shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit the utilization Certificate to Government soon after completion of the works in the stipulated time. 7.
