2. Bills received from Joint Secretary to Government,
dated: 13/1 & 06/2/2012 .

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.700/-
(Rupees Seven hundred only)- towards the cost of the news papers and Magazines
supplied for the use of Sri P.R. Sateesh Kumar, Joint Secretary to Government,
Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department for the months of December
2011 and January 2012 (@ Rs350/-per month) as per the eligibility.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be drawn and amount may be
credited in favour of “Sri P.R. Sateesh Kumar, Joint Secretary to Government.
PR&RD Dept.
3. The expenditure sanctioned shall be debited to the Head of Account ‘’ 3451 –
Secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05- PR&RD Department; 130 – Office
Expenses; 132- Other Office Expenses”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under the
rules and orders in force.
