(Progs.II) Department, Dt.27-2-2009. 2) From the ENC(PR), PMGSY, Hyd.Lr.No.W16/DEE.IV/ PMGSY Ph VIII-2115/WGL/RAS, Dt. 02.05.2011. <<>> O R D E R: In the reference first read above, Orders were issued according Original Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.202.70 lakh in respect of the work “Road from NH Road (Govindaraopet) to Rangapur, Govindaraopet (M) in Warangal District” under PMGSY Phase VIII. 2. In the references 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.294.75 lakh as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.202.70 lakh in respect of the work “Road from NH Road (Govindaraopet) to Rangapur, Govindaraopet (M) in Warangal District” due to increase in scope of work and towards Price Escalation Charges under PMGSY Programme, Phase VIII. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.294.75 lakh (Rupees Two crore ninety four lakh and seventy five thousand only) indicating the GOI Share of Rs.202.70 lakh (Rupees Two crore two lakh and seventy thousand only) and State share of Rs.92.05 lakh (Rupees Ninety two lakh and five thousand only) in respect of the work “Road from NH Road (Govindaraopet) to Rangapur, Govindaraopet (M) in Warangal District” under PMGSY in Phase VIII as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.202.70 lakh (Rupees Two crore two lakh and seventy thousand only) due to increase in scope of work and towards Price Escalation Charges is to be borne by the State Government towards State share under PMGSY, Phase VIII. The amount chargeable is as follows: OAS cost of above work : Rs.202.70 lakh Now RAS required as follows: a) Amount chargeable from PMGSY Ph.VIII : Rs.202.70 lakh b) Amount chargeable from State Govt. : Rs. 80.05 lakh Share due to increase in scope of work And towards price escalation charges : Rs. 12.00 lakh Total RAS required (a+b) : Rs.294.75 lakh p.t.o.::2:: 4. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad is requested to check the price escalation calculations to arrive at the actual price escalation amount and take necessary action accordingly. 5.
