From the CE, PR, NABARD Hyd, Lr.No.NB10/ P/ RIDF/ PKSM/ Chilakapdu/ 2009, dated.19.01.2012. . ***** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby grant post facto Extension of Agreement Time up to 30.9.2011 i.e for (156) days without imposing liquidated damages, in respect of work, “Providing BT surface to the road from Chilakapadu to M.Vemulapadu” in Prakasam district sanctioned under NABARD RIDF - XV as the delay was not attributed to the contractor. 2. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action accordingly. 3.
