Deputy Secretary to Govt. ( Retd) PR & RD Deptt., dated 9/1/2012

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 10,788-00/-
(Rupees Ten thousand seven hundred and eighty eight only) to Sri M.
Venkateswarlu, Deputy Secretary to Govt. ( Retd) Panchayat Raj & Rural
Development Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred
by him for his self treatment for” Hydrocele , consecutive management,
Doppler test and Echo test” during the period from 19-12-2011 to 23-12-2011
at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “ 3451- secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05 – Panchayat
Raj and Rural Development Department -010- Salaries; 017 – Medical
Reimbursement.
3.The PR&RD(OP.III) Deptt., are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in
Para (1) above and Disburse the same to the individual.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under
the rules and orders in force.
