Application received from Sri Y.Nagabhushan Reddy, Deputy Secretary to Govt (Retd), PR&RD Deptt., dated 17-09-2011. 3. Govt. Memo. No.22391/OP.II/A2/2011-1, dt 21-10-2011. 4. From Director of Medical Education Hyderabad, L.Dis.No.45885(1)/MA- C/2011, dated :27-12-2011. **** ORDER:- Sri Y.Nagabhushan Reddy, Deputy Secretary to Govt(Retd), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, in his application 2nd read above has requested to reimburse an amount of Rs.1,45,180/- towards medical expenses incurred by his Wife’s treatment for “Incisional Hernia” during the period from 29-06-2011 to 09-07-2011 at “Apollo Hospitals, Hyderaguda, Hyderabad”. 2. The Director of Medical education, Hyderabad, in his letter 4th read above, after scrutiny of the medical bills of the individual in terms of APIMA Rules 1972 read with G.O. Ms. No.74, HM&FW (K1) Department, dt.15-3-2005, G.O.Ms.No.180, HM&FW(K1) Department, dt11-5-2006, G.O.Ms.No.105 HM&FW(K1) Department, dt.9-04-2007 and G.O.Ms.No.397 HM&FW (K1) Department, dt.14-11-2008 has recommended the admissible amount of Rs.40,776/- (Rupees Forty thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Six only). 3 The Government after careful examination hereby accorded sanction for an amount of Rs.40,776/- (Rupees Forty thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Six only) to Sri Y.Nagabhushan Reddy, Deputy Secretary to Govt(Retd), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, towards the medical expenses incurred by him for his Wife’s treatment for “Incisional Hernia” at “Apollo Hospitals, Jublee Hills, Hyderabad” during the period from 29-06-2011 to 09-07-2011. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “ 3451- secretariat Economic Services 090- secretariat 05 – PR&RD Deptt 010- Salaries 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The PR&RD (OP.III) Deptt., are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para(3) above and credited the same to the individual bank account. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules and orders in force.
