Dated 14.11.2011 5.From the Chief Engineer (PR), Hyderabad Lr.No. AEE2/Dy.EEII/CE(PR)/Chottor/CRF/2011, Dated 21.10.2011 and 26.12.2011 &&& ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Revenue (DM.I) Department have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.8973.00 lakh to Panchayat Raj Department for attending repair works to Roads and Buildings damaged due to JAL Cyclone occurred during the period from 29.10.2010 to 08.11.2010. 2. In the reference 5th read above, the Chief Engineer (PR) while proposing for sanction of additional amount to the one road work in Chittoor District which were sanctioned in the G.O.4th read above with an estimated cost of Rs.107.60 lakh proposed additional amount of Rs.19.40 lakh and requested for modified rerevised administrative sanction for one road work with a total estimated cost of Rs.127.00 lakh. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord modified revised administrative sanction of Rs.127.00 lakh to complete the work in full shape against the rerevised administrative sanction of Rs.107.60 lakh for one road work i.e., “Restoration of road from Jandla to Talupula ((VIA) Adavipalli” in Chittoor District due to JAL cyclone occurred during the period from 29.10.2010 to 08.11.2010 under State Disaster Response Fund. 4.
