O R D E R:
In the G.O.1st read above, orders were issued appointing Sri S. Satyanarayana,
Member, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department, as Enquiry
Officer under Rule 20 (2) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (Classification, Control and
Appeal) Rules, 1991, to conduct departmental enquiry into charges framed against Sri
A. Malyadri, Assistant Engineer, PR, O/o the MPDO, Kavali, Nellore District, on the
allegations of acquisition of properties without obtaining prior permission from the
competent authority.
2. In the G.O.2nd read above, orders were issued appointing Dr. Subhrendu
Bhattachareya, IAS., Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department
as Enquiry Officer in place of Sri S. Satyanarayana, Member, COI, GAD, (demitted
office on 12.10.2007) for conducting enquiry against Sri A. Malyadri, Assistant
Engineer, PR, O/o the MPDO, Kavali, Nellore District.
3. In the U.O.Note 3rd read above, the G.A. (COI-R) Dept. has informed that
consequent on the retirement of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS., COI on
31.12.2011, it has been decided to re-assign the pending cases to Sri Jitender, IPS.,
COI, GAD. The G.A.(COI.R) Dept. have, therefore, requested to issue orders
reassigning the case against Sri A. Malyadri, Assistant Engineer, PR, O/o the MPDO,
Kavali, Nellore District to Sri Jitender, IPS, COI, GAD.
4. Accordingly, Government hereby appoint Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of
Inquiries, General Administration (COI) Department, as Enquiry Officer under Rule 20
(2) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991
in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS., COI, GAD (Retd.). He is requested to
take up the inquiry from where it was leftover and also obtain the records etc., from the
General Administration (COI-JR) Department.

5. Smt. K. Sridevi, Advocate, Hyderabad who was appointed as Presenting
Officer, in the G.O.1st read above, shall continue to be the Presenting Officer to present
the case before the Enquiry Officer on behalf of the Government.
