GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Rural Development Department – Provide additional staff to Chief Quality Control Officer and Technical Advisor – Orders – Issued PANCHAYAT RAJ & RURAL DEVELOPMENT (RD.II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt No. 311 Dared:22.02.2012 Read: Note file No.675/EGS/2010 of CRD *** ORDER: In the reference read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development has submitted that the work load in Rural Development is increased due to the new programmes like Indira Jala Prabha, IWMP and requested for sanction of additional posts to strengthen the Quality Control Wing and Technical Wing of Rural Development Department. 2. After careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner, RD, Government hereby accord sanction for 10(Ten) additional posts of Deputy Executive Engineer on contract basis/deputation to be posted in Quality Control Wing and Technical Wing of Rural Development Department. 3. In regard to the posts at Commissionerate, the posts are to be filled with the Deputy Executive Engineers from Panchayat Raj, I&CAD on deputation basis. The posts in Regional Quality Control Wings, the posts are to be filled with Deputy Executive Engineers from Panchayat Raj, I&CAD/Assistant Directors, Agriculture Department on deputation or from Engineers of Agriculture Department retired not below the cadre of Deputy Executive Engineers/Assistant Directors, Agriculture on contract basis. 4. The above expenditure shall be met from the 6% of the Administrative cost of MGNREGS. 5.
