Govindarajulu Radddy, Assistant Secretary to Government, (Retd) Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, in his application 2nd read above has requested to reimburse an amount of Rs.1287/- ( Rupees One thousand two hundred and eighty seven only) towards medical expenses incurred by him for his self treatment for“ T.C ” ( Tinea corpories) during the period from 18-02-2010 to 10-06-2011 as out patient ( OP No. 110109036) at “ NIMS, Hyderabad ”. 2. The Government after careful examination, hereby accorded sanction an amount of Rs. 892/- (Rupees Eight hundred and ninety two only).to Sri P. Govinurajulu Reddy, Assistant Secretary to Govt.,( Retd), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, towards the medical expenses incurred for his self treatment for“T.C ” ( Tinea corpories”) during the period from 18-02-2010 to 10-06-2011 as out patient ( OP No. 110109036) at “ NIMS, Hyderabad ”. 3. The amount sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “ 3451- secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05 – Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department -010- Salaries; 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 4. The PR&RD(OP.III) Deptt., are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in Para (1) above and credit the amount in favour of Sri P. Govindrajulu Reddy, Asst. Secretary to Govt. (Retd) , PR&RD Dept, SB A/c No. 019210011907332, Andhra Bank, Kothapet Br, Hyderabad. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules and orders in force.
