2. Application along with Bills received from Sri K.Veer Raju,
Section Officer (Retd), PR & RD Deptt., dated:-09.01.2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.6,894/- (Rupees Six
thousand Eight hundred and Ninety Four only) to Sri K.Veer Raju, Section Officer (Retd),
panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses
incurred by him for his self treatment for “Cardiac Problem” during the period from 05-08-2011
to 21-11-2011 at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451-
secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05 – Panchayat Raj and Rural Development
Department -010- Salaries; 017 – Medical Reimbursement.
3. The PR&RD(OP.III) Deptt., are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in Para (1) above
and credited the amount to the individual bank account.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules and
orders in force.
