No.NB 19 / Nawabpet /WGL/ 2010-11, dated. 7.2.2012 ***** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby grant Extension of Agreement Time up to EOAT up to 31.3.2012 i.e (145) days without liquidated damages, in respect of work, “Road from Nawabpet R & B Road to Kothapally via Bhikyathanda of Lingala Ghanpur (M)” in Warangal district sanctioned under NABARD RIDF-XVI as the delay was not attributed to the contractor. 2.
