Ravi Prakash, Dy.Executive Engineer, PRSD, Munuguru, Khammam District was placed under suspension from the date of detention i.e., 02.06.2010 as he was trapped by the Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on 02.06.2010, for demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs.2,600/- for doing official favour to the complainant. 2. Now therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-rule (5) of Rule 8 of the A.P.Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby revoke the suspension of Sri K. Ravi Prakash, Dy.Executive Engineer, PRSD, Munuguru, Khammam District with immediate effect without prejudice to the criminal/ disciplinary proceedings pending against him. He shall be posted in a non-focal post after his reinstatement. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
