(COI) Dept. and requested to issue orders appointing Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration (COI) Department, as Inquiring Authority, in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, former COI, vide reference 2nd read above. 3.
