Read the following:- 1) G.O.Rt.No.68, PR&RD.(progs.II) Dept., Dt. 27-2-2009. 2) From the ENC(PR), PMGSY, Hyd, Lr.No.W28/DEE.III/ PMGSY- AP VIII-1007/KNL, dt. 25.11.2011. <<>> O R D E R: In the reference first read above, Orders were issued according Original Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.273.70 lakh in respect of the work “Providing BT surface to the Road from Sh.Yerragudi to Krishnagiri of Krishnagiri (M), Kurnool District” under PMGSY Phase VIII. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.274.75 lakh as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs. 273.70 lakh in respect of the work “Providing BT surface to the Road from Sh.Yerragudi to Krishnagiri of Krishnagiri (M), Kurnool District” due to price escalation. 3. Government after examination of the proposal, hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.274.75 lakh (Rupees Two crore seventy four lakh and seventy five thousand only) including GOI share of Rs.262.05 lakh (Rupees Two crore sixty two lakh and five thousand only) and State Share of Rs.12.70 lakh (Rupees Twelve lakh seventy thousand only) as against the Original Adminis-trative Sanction of Rs. 273.70 lakh (Rupees Two crore seventy three lakh and seventy thousand only) in respect of the work “Providing BT surface to the Road from Sh.Yerragudi to Krishnagiri of Krishnagiri (M), Kurnool District” under PMGSY Phase VIII due to price escalation is to be borne by the State Government under PMGSY Programme. The amount chargeable is as follows: OAS cost of above work : Rs. 273.70 lakh Now RAS required as follows: a) Amount chargeable from PMGSY Ph.VIII : Rs.262.05 lakh b) Amount chargeable from State Govt. Share towards price escalation : Rs. 12.70 lakh Total RAS required ( a+b) : Rs. 274.75 lakh 4. The ENC (PR), PMGSY, Hyderabad is requested to check the price escalation calculations to arrive at the actual price escalation amount and take necessary action accordingly. p.t.o.::2:: 5.
