(OP.II) Department, dt:29.08.2011. **** ORDER: In the references 2nd to 4th read above, administrative sanction was accorded to outsource the services of (10) Office Subordinates in Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department for one year and their term has been extended from time to time. As per the orders issued vide references 5th to 7th read above, the term of the above posts were expired by 31.01.2012. 2. Government have examined the need for continuation of (10) Office Subordinates and hereby accord administrative sanction for further continuation of (10) posts of Office Subordinate from 02.02.2012 to 31.03.2013 on outsourcing basis through Private Agency for a further period on consolidated remuneration of Rs.6,700/- per month per Office Subordinate by entering into fresh agreement with Agency. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account of “3451- Secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat - (05)- PR&RD Department - 300- Other Contractual Services”. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (SMPC) Department as per Circular Memo. No.14863-F/547/A2/SMPC/2007, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 14.06.2007.
