Manohar, former Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Mandal Praja Parishad, Mallial of Karimnagar District in accordance with A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, since he expired on 06.04.2011 before conclusion of both the departmental proceedings and criminal prosecution pending against him. 2] In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad while forwarding the representation of Smt. V. Rajamani, W/o. late V. Manohar, MPDO, for regularizing the period of suspension of her husband, wherein he has stated that Government have issued orders abating further action against Sri V. Manohar, MPDO, Mallial, Karimnagar district, as he was expired on 06.04.2011 and requested to regularize the suspension period of Late Sri V. Manoher from 08.11.2005 to 16.03.2008. 3] The Government, after careful examination of the matter, have decided and accordingly, hereby order that the period of suspension from 08.11.2005 to 16.03.2008 of late V. Manohar, MPDO, Mallial Mandal of Karimnagar District shall be treated as on duty in terms of FR 54-(B)(2). 4] This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR-II) Department vide their U.O.No.1705/54/FR.II/12, dated.09.02.2012. 5] The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter.
