O R D E R:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj,
Hyderabad in the reference first read above, Government after careful examination
of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj,
Hyderabad for sanction of Rs. 82,706/- (Rupees Eight Two Thousand Seven
Hundred and Six only) as admitted by the Director of Medical Education,
Hyderabad, incurred by Sri Mohd. Iftequar Ahmed, Assistant Engineer, O/o
Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad towards his treatment as out patient
for “CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE & DIALYSIS” in Lazarus Hospitals, Lakdikapool,
Hyderabad which is an unrecognized hospital from 14.12.2010 to 29.4.2011 in
relaxation of relevant Rules.
2. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary
action accordingly. The original Medical Bills received from the Engineer-in-Chief,
Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad are returned herewith and he is requested to
acknowledge the same.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.M&H.I) Department,
vide their U.O. No. 35233(A)/1072/A2/Expr. M&H-I/2012, Dt. 16.2.2012.
