From the ENC (PR), Hyd., Lr.No. OPI/236/2009, dt.17.12.2011. *** O R D E R : In the reference 3rd read above, the ENC (PR), Hyderabad has requested the Government to appoint Smt J. Prabhavathi, Chief Accounts Officer, O/o ENC (PR) Hyderabad to the Special Grade Post Scale in the cadre of CAO, since she has completed six (6) years of service in that category and drawn (6) annual grade increments as on 13.12.2010. 2. Smt J. Prabhavathi, CAO, O/o ENC (PR), Hyderabad who was admitted to duty as CAO on F.N. of 13.12.2004 has completed 6 years of continuous service as on 12.12.2010 AN and drawn (6) Annual Grade Increments as on that date. She has not availed any E.O.L. during the said period. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter and in terms of orders issued in the G.O.s 1st and 2nd read above, Smt J. Prabhavathi, who has completed 6 years of qualifying continuous service which counts for increments in the cadre of CAO on 12.12.2010 AN, is appointed in Special Grade Post Scale of CAO w.e.f. 13.12.2010 FN in the time scale of pay of Rs. 23650 - 650 - 25600 - 700 - 27700 - 750 -29950 – 800 – 32350 – 850 – 34900 – 900 – 37600 – 970 - 40510 - 1040 - 43630 - 1110 – 46960 -1200 -49360. 4. The ENC (PR), Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly. The service Register of the individual in one bound book is returned to ENC (PR), Hyderabad and the receipt of the same may be acknowledged. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance [PC-II] Department as per rules in force on the subject.
