In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (DCM- I) Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord the administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 2114.57 Lakh (Rupees Twenty One Crore Fourteen Lakh and Fifty Seven Thousand only) to the Special Officer, O/o Engineer-in- Chief, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, Hyderabad towards payment of Interest and Principle on the loans taken from the HUDCO under the Scheme Nos. 18179 (FLEF002 G), 18470 (FGBFLHU R), 18890 (FGBFLHU R) & 19429 (FGBFLHU R) (A.P State Water and Sanitary Mission) for the quarter ending 31.03.2012. The expenditure over and above the budget provision may be incurred in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant during the financial year 2011-12. 4. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary authorization in the form of Loan bill by way of Cheque to the Special Officer, O/o Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, Hyderabad in accordance with the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above. 5. The Special Officer, O/o Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, Hyderabad is requested to draw and make necessary arrangements to make the repayment of Interest and Principle on the loans taken from HUDCO as mentioned above duly furnishing the details to Government. Further, it is informed that the Expenditure over and above the budget provision may be incurred in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant during the financial year 2011-2012 6.
