In the reference 2nd read above, Government have issued orders permitting for Price Escalation Charges and Excess Tender Premium for all Phase VI Programme and also indicated therein the total amount required for all Phase VI Works, with the concurrence of Finance(Expr.PR&RD) Department, vide their U.O. No.22193/314/Expr.PR&RD/08, dated. 4.9.2008. 3. In the references 3rd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad has requested the Government for according Revised Administrative Sanction for Rs.435.43 lakh as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.437.84 lakh in respect of the work “Providing BT on Road from Kothur to Lingamdhana in Mahabubnagar District” under PMGSY Phase VI due to price escalation of Rs. 14.81 lakh. 4. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.435.43 lakh (Rupees Four crore thirty five lakh and forty three thousand only) indicating the GOI Share of Rs.420.62 lakh (Rupees Four crore twenty lakh and sixty two lakh only) and State share of Rs.14.81 lakh (Rupees Fourteen lakh and eighty one lakh only) in respect of the work “Providing BT on Road from Kothur to Lingamdhana in Mahabubnagar District” as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.437.84 lakh (Rupees Four crore thirty seven lakh and eighty four thousand only) under PMGSY Phase VI due to price escalation to be borne by the State Government as per the PMGSY guidelines. p.t.o.::2:: The amount chargeable is as follows:- Original Administrative Sanction : Rs. 437.84 lakh Now RAS required as follows: a) Amount chargeable from PMGSY Phase –VI : Rs. 420.62 lakh b) Amount Chargeable from State Govt. share towards price escalation : Rs. 14.81 lakh Total RAS required (a+b) : Rs. 435.43 lakh 5.
