Kailashnath, i/c SE, PR, Kakinada, dt.29.11.2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, orders have been issued imposing the penalty of withholding of two increments with cumulative effect against Sri V. Kailashnath, the then i/c Superintending Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Nellore and now i/c Superintending Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Kakinada, on the allegations of violation of NIT conditions for the work “Providing BT to the road from Kothasatram to Lakshmipuram” in Nellore District, after following the procedure prescribed in A.P.C.S. (CC&A) Rules, 1991. 2. Aggrieved by the above orders, Sri V. Kailashnath, i/c Superintending Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Kakinada has submitted a petition in the reference 2nd read above requesting to drop the punishment imposed on him as there is no financial loss to Government, stating the circumstances therein. 3. Government have examined the matter and decided to allow the appeal petition and accordingly, hereby modify the punishment of stoppage of two increments with cumulative effect imposed in the reference 1st read above against Sri V. Kailashnath, the then i/c Superintending Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Nellore and now i/c Superintending Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Kakinada, to that of “One increment without cumulative effect” . 4.
