State Police Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, Lr.No.HR/3769/ 11-12/5377, dt: 14.02.2012. -o0o- ORDER: In the reference 3rd read above, Sri B. Rajendra Prasad, in-charge Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, who was waiting for posting was posted as in- charge Superintending Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Vizianagaram, due to non availability of vacancies of Chief Engineer in the Department. But, the above individual proceeded on leave with effect from 25.01.2012 for a period of (30) days on personnel affairs. 2. In the reference 5th read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation Limited., Hyderabad has informed that, Sri B. Rajendra Prasad, In-charge Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj Department is willing to work in their corporation. Hence, the corporation proposes to avail the services of Sri B. Rajendra Prasad, In-charge Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj Department., as in-charge Chief Engineer, in Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation Limited., for a period of one year on usual Foreign Service terms and conditions, on his own pay in the present cadre. There will not be any additional financial implication for the Corporation and the individual would be drawing the present scale only, since there is no post of Chief Engineer in the Corporation. He has requested to arrange to issue necessary orders placing the services of Sri B. Rajendra Prasad, as In-charge Chief Engineer in the Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation Limited., on deputation basis initially for a period of one year on usual Foreign Service terms and condition, if there are no disciplinary cases pending against him. 3.
