Read the following:- 1. From the DG, ACB Lr.No 26/RCT-VVZ/2011, Dated: 07.02.2011. 2. Proceedings No.Vig.1/1383/2011, Dated.17.02.2011, from the ENC, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad. 3. From the DG, ACB Lr.No 26/RCT-VVZ/2011, Dated: 13.07.2011 4. Representation received from Sri S.V. Ramana Rao, Dt.03.08.2011. <<>> Order: Whereas, in the reference 1st read above, the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad has informed that Sri S. Venkata Ramana Rao, Mandal Engineering Officer, Panchayat Raj, Pachipenta (M), Vizianagaram District trapped by Anti Corruption Bureau on 01.02.2011, while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs.4,000/- from the complainant for doing official favour. Subsequently , he was placed under suspension vide reference 2nd read above. The Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad has furnished his final report, in the reference 3rd read above. 2. And whereas, in his representation 4th read above, Sri S. Venkata Ramana Rao, Mandal Engineering Officer, Panchayat Raj, Pachipenta (M), Vizianagaram District has requested the Government for his reinstatement into service. 3. And whereas, Government have examined the suspension of Sri S. Venkata Ramana Rao, Mandal Engineering Officer, Panchayat Raj, Pachipenta (M), Vizianagaram District in the light of final report of the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad and have decided to reinstate him into service without prejudice to the disciplinary/ criminal proceedings pending against him and for posting him far off place and in non focal post. 4. Government , therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by Clause (c) of Sub – Rule 5 of Rule 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 , here by revoke the suspension of Sri S. Venkata Ramana Rao, Mandal Engineering Officer, Panchayat Raj, Pachipenta (M), Vizianagaram District, with immediate effect, without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings pending against him; and, order that, on reinstatement, he shall be posted to a far off place and in a non-focal post. 5.
