O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat
Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, Government after
careful examination of the proposal hereby grant post-facto Extension of
Agreement Time upto 31-1-2012 i.e for a period of 156 days without
penalty as the delay is not attributed by the Contractor, the delay is due to
Heavy rains and Severe scarcity of materials in the quaries due to NREGS
work in brisk progress and labour also not available for other works in
respect of work “Providing BT surface to the road from P.T.Road to
Thampa” in Srikakulam District under PMGSY Phase IV package
No.1804-B.
2. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly.
