Application received from Sri K. Jaya Raman, Deputy Secretary to Government, (Retd) PR & RD Deptt, dated 01-12-2010. 3. Govt. Memo. No.28064/O.P.II/ A2/2010-1, dt 02-04-2011. 4. From Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad, L. Dis No.1101(1)/MA-E/2011 Dt. 02-04-2011. @@@ ORDER:- Sri K. Jaya Raman, Deputy Secretary to Govt. ( Retd), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, in his application 2nd read above, has requested to reimburse an amount of Rs.38,698/- towards medical expenses incurred by him for self treatment for “Obstructive Uropathy hypotonic bladder,BPH/Cystitis” at “ Vijaya Hospital, Chennai” during the period from 25-05-2010 to 02-06-2010. 2. The Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad, in his letter 4th read above, after scrutiny of the medical bills of the individual in terms of APIMA Rules 1972 read with G.O. Ms. No.74, HM&FW (K1) Department, dt.15-3-2005, G.O.Ms.No.180, HM&FW(K1) Department, dt11-5-2006, G.O.Ms.No.105 HM&FW(K1) Department, dt.9-04-2007 and G.O.Ms.No.397 HM&FW (K1) Department, dt.14-11-2008 has recommended the admissible amount of Rs. 30,542/- (Rupees Thirty thousand five hundred and forty two only) subject to relaxation from Government , since the treatment obtained at unrecognized private hospital out side the state not renewed by A.P. Govt. 3. The Government after careful examination, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.30,542/- (Rupees Thirty thousand five hundred and forty two only) to Sri K. Jaya Raman, Deputy Secretary to Govt. ( Retd)to Government, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, towards the medical expenses incurred by him for self treatment for “ Obstructive Uropathy hypotonic bladder,BPH/Cystitis” at “ Vijaya Hospital, Chennai” during the period from 25-05-2010 to 02-06-2010, in relaxation of rule 7 of APIMA Rules, 1972 and para 9(4) of G.O.Ms.No.74, dr.15-03-2005 as a special case . 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451- secretariat Economic Services; 090- secretariat; 05 – PR&RD Department., 010- Salaries; 017 – Medical Reimbursement. P.T.O5. The PR&RD (OP.III) Deptt., are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para(3) above and disburse the same to the individual. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department under vide their U.O No.35233/1071/A2/E.M&HI/12, dt:10-02-2012.
