Government after careful examination hereby accord Administrative Sanction
for the road work BT renewal for laying of one layer of metal to the road from Varkatpally –
Sangam – Parrebavi of Valigonda (M) Nalgonda District with at an estimated cost of Rs.
12.00 lakh (Rupees twelve lakh only) under maintenance of Rural Roads Grants
(MRR) under the following Head of Account for the year 2011-12:
MJH 3054 Roads & Buildings
MH 04 District & Other Roads.
GH 196 Assistance to Zilla Parishads.
SH (12) Assistance to Panchayat Raj
Institutions for Maintenance of Rural Roads.
270 Minor works.
272 Maintenance.
2. The Chief Engineer, PR shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly
and submit the utilization Certificate to Government soon after completion of the
works in the stipulated time.
