Hyderabad”- Sanctioned –Orders – Issued.

2. Application received from Sri N.Krishna, Deputy Secretary to
Government (Retd), PR & RD Deptt, dated 26-11-2011.
3. Govt. Memo. No 58/O.P.II/A2/2011-1, dt 16-01-2012.
4. From Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt Civil Dispensary Hyderabad,
Lr.No.181/CDS/12, dated 31-01-2012.

ORDER:-
Sri N.Krishna, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retd), Panchayat Raj and
Rural Development Department, in his application 2nd read above, has
requested to reimburse an amount of Rs.1,314/- towards medical expenses
incurred by him for self treatment for “HTN” during the period from 01-08-2011 to
31-10-2011 at “Govt Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad”.
2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad, in his letter
4th read above, after scrutiny of the medical bills of the individual in terms of
APIMA Rules 1972 and G.O.MS.NO.107, Dt. 14-07-2006 of Law (L.A&J-SC.F)
Deptt has recommended the admissible amount of Rs.1,314/- (Rupees One
thousand Three hundred and Fourteen only).
3. The Government after careful examination, hereby accord sanction for an
amount of Rs.1,314/- (Rupees One thousand Three hundred and Fourteen only)
to Sri N.Krishna, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retd), Panchayat Raj and Rural
Development Department, towards the medical expenses incurred by him for self
treatment for “HTN” at “Govt Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad”
during the period from 01-08-2011 to 31-10-2011.
4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “3451- secretariat Economic Services; 090- secretariat; 05 – PR&RD
Department., 010- Salaries; 017 – Medical Reimbursement.
5. The PR&RD (OP.III) Deptt., are requested to draw the amount
sanctioned in para(3) above and credited the same to the individual bank account.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
rules and orders in force.
